日前，宝马官方曝光了一组全新宝马M5的伪装谍照，该车将搭载宝马全新的M xDrive四驱系统。据之前报道，新车有望于9月开幕的2017法兰克福车展上正式亮相，并于2018年上市，其主要竞品车型为全新AMG E 63和奥迪RS 6。

本次曝光的谍照和之前基本一致，外观方面，其前脸采用的是亮黑色的家族式双肾进气格栅，前保险杠中央以及两侧均为网状格栅设计，使车辆更加凌厉。尾部方面，该车采用了双边共四出的排气布局。

值得一提的是，此次官方透露了更多关于该车搭载的全新宝马M xDrive系统的消息。官方表示驾驶员能够根据自己的需求在四驱、运动四驱或者后驱之间进行切换。当全新宝马M5启动时，车辆默认为四驱模式。当驾驶员切换到系统定义的“4WD Sport”模式时，系统将进一步增加后驱功率的传递输出，与此同时系统还将DSC（动态稳定控制系统）完全关闭，从而提升更强的动力输出。据悉，此前宝马M5最大的竞争对手全新AMG E 63也搭载了同样的技术，该系统被称为漂移模式。

目前官方尚未公布该车的动力信息，不过外媒猜测，全新宝马M5或将搭载一台经过全新调校的4.4T V8双涡轮增压发动机，其最大功率有望超过608马力，峰值扭矩或超过700牛·米。同时外媒预计该车的0-100km/h的加速时间将低于3.5秒。
